Transformational.
That word sums up giving to Barrow Neurological Foundation and St. Joseph’s Foundation during fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010-June 30, 2011).
The foundations were recipients of several record-breaking, transformative gifts. These unprecedented gifts have put programs on the fast track, providing the capacity for specialty programs to move from planning into the implementation stage. It is because of these gifts that we are no longer dreaming – we are doing.

A ripple effect has been created throughout the entire organization because of such tremendous generosity. The work that begins today because of these supporters will transform our community and continue shaping medical advancements for generations to come.
These benefactors had excellent personal experiences at St. Joseph’s and Barrow, and they cared enough to give back. They also wanted to leave a legacy that will benefit future generations. But above all else, these donors believe in the goals of our framework for the future, which at the very core seek to enhance patient care, research and medical education.
While our 2011 annual report celebrates these notable gifts, we want to recognize all of the benefactors who contributed to the foundation during fiscal year 2011. The support of these individuals, companies and organizations enabled Barrow Neurological Foundation and St. Joseph’s Foundation to support more than 200 projects and programs at the hospital this year. Your gift, whatever the size, is deeply appreciated.
We are grateful for your support of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute. Thank you for all you do!
