Joyce is a performance-driven individual who brings more than 20 years of direct-marketing experience to her role at the foundations. She began her career in San Francisco, Calif., and moved to Phoenix in 1991. As a vice president at Bank of America, Joyce managed all aspects of the direct mail and telemarketing initiatives for the credit card acquisition group. She expanded her direct marketing skills by moving into data management and analysis.
After leaving Bank of America, Joyce worked with a data-services company leveraging her background in both marketing and data analysis to develop and deliver business solutions to her clients. Her skills in marketing, project management, strategy development and analysis strengthens the existing donor acquisition and engagement programs at the foundations.
