Please Help Us Give Preemies a Fighting Chance!

Giraffe Care Station for preemie careThanks to strong donor support in the past, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center operates one of the Valley's most advanced nursery intensive care units, which serves as the first home for 800 to 1,000 infants annually. Many of the babies are born prematurely, often weighing less than one pound, and will need round-the-clock care for weeks or even months.

To ensure babies receive the highest quality care for any and all compliciations--such as cardiac problems, respiratory issues, digestive disorders and the inability to maintain proper body heat--the nursery intensive care unit staff is focused on providing the pinnacle of care, which often relies on state-of-the-art technologies.

Currently, St. Joseph's is seeking donations to purchase 20 specialty-incubator bassinets, designed to keep premature and sick infants warm while protecting them from the threat of infection. Your donation can ensure more babies survive premature birth and life-threatening complications! Every gift--no matter how much--puts us closer to reaching our goal!

Please make a donation today to help St. Joseph's purchase much-needed Giraffe Incubator Care Stations.
