Meet the Chairman of the board
Michelle M. Matiski was recently elected chairman of the St. Joseph's Foundation board.
Matiski is head of the corporate legal group at Aetna. She has worked as an attorney for more than 30 years with a focus on corporate growth and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Matiski earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Minnesota and a juris doctorate from Northwestern University.
She has actively served in leadership and advisory roles for several community organizations including State Bar of Arizona, Phoenix Body Positive, Ballet Arizona and the Camelback Mountain Chapter of National Charity League. For 10 years, she was Girl Scout leader for her triplet daughters’ troop.
