Most contributions made to St. Joseph’s Foundation are outright gifts, that is, gifts made out of current assets. Outright gifts provide important support for activities at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Gifts of cash
This is the easiest and most convenient way to support the hospital. Your cash gift may be in the form of a check or credit card. For instance, many donors make yearly gifts to St. Joseph’s by responding to mailings from the Circle of Giving program. If you are interested in making a gift of cash now, click here.
Tribute and Memorial Gifts
St. Joseph's Foundation gratefully accepts gifts made in honor or memory of a cherished family member, friend, coworker, or caregiver. Click here for more information about Memorials & Tributes.
Stocks and bonds
Gifts of marketable securities can offer donors significant tax advantages. In most cases, the full market value of the security can be deducted as a charitable contribution. For additional information, contact our office at 602-406-3041 or simply fill out our Contact the Foundation form.
Personal property
Contact the Foundation Office for information about gifts of real estate and other personal property. Call 602-406-3041 or fill out our simple Contact the Foundation form. The Foundation office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Gifts in kind
Individuals and organizations often support the hospital with gifts in kind, which are donated services or items of value to the hospital. For instance, the non-profit organization Andrea’s Closet keeps several closets in St. Joseph’s Children’s Health Center stocked with toys for pediatric patients facing difficult medical procedures. The toys they provide are considered gifts in kind. For information, call 602-406-3041 or email the Contact the Foundation form.
Gifts to St. Joseph’s Foundation are tax deductible as provided by state and federal law.
