St. Joseph's Foundation 2021 Employee Incentive Fundraising Program
Enter to win $500 cash!

Participate in St. Joseph's Foundation's Employee Incentive Program and recruit your friends to do the same for the chance to win $500! Here's how it works: Every time an employee recruits a new donor to make a gift to St. Joseph's Foundation between Wednesday, June 16 and Friday, July 30, the employee's name will be entered into a drawing for $500*. The money raised will be used to create resiliency rooms for nurses (see related story, "Caring for caregivers," on this page).
As an added incentive, the department in the hospital with the most donor referrals wins a pizza party!
To participate, print and complete the Employee Incentive Fundraising Program Form and submit to Teresa.Davia@DignityHealth.org. Or, complete the donation form below. We'll take care of the rest.

* Participants receive one entry into prize drawing for every new donor recruited. Donations must be $10 at a minimum. Winner of the cash prize will be notified by email or phone on Monday, Aug. 3, 2021.
